I like playing video games and on multiple occasions i would look at game reviews. they are so useful! some game reviews don't follow the conventions you stated above and are not useful. are you passionate about rpg games, did that inspire your pb1a topic? I think game play and design are everything in a rpg game, and in such should be included in a good review.
ReplyDeleteYour topic is very interesting to me as I do play my fair share of games and before I buy a game I typically wait a while after release and make sure it's a game thatch would want to play or if worth at least trying out. RPG games in particular are interesting because there are so many different elements that go into making the game great and if even if you don't like certain aspects of the game or some parts don't get very good reviews you can still enjoy the game for other reasons. A game can have a great story and terrible mechanics or a bad story but playing the game might be very fun.
